Privacy Policy

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, password hash, organization and role.
• Workspace content: channels, research, scripts, media, analytics and financial records you create or import.
• Connected-service data: YouTube channel data and analytics you authorize; encrypted OAuth tokens and API keys.
• Operational data: audit and security logs (including IP addresses) for protecting accounts.
• Website analytics: first-party conversion events (for example “pricing viewed”) with an anonymous identifier. No personal data is attached to these events and no third-party advertising trackers are used.

How we use data

To provide and secure the service, process payments through our payment processor, send transactional email, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

YouTube and Google user data

IntelligentTube uses YouTube API Services. When you connect a YouTube channel, you sign in with Google and choose which permissions to grant. We request only these scopes, and use them only for the features listed:

• youtube.upload: upload the videos you approve to your channel, set their thumbnails, and schedule them. We never upload without your approval or outside the publishing rules you set.
• youtube.readonly: identify the channel you connected (name, ID, thumbnail) and check the processing and visibility status of videos you uploaded through IntelligentTube.
• yt-analytics.readonly: read your channel and video analytics (views, watch time, average view duration, impressions, click rate and traffic sources) to show performance reports and insights in your workspace.
• yt-analytics-monetary.readonly: read estimated revenue for your channel and videos to show your revenue and progress toward your income target.

Storage. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Analytics and revenue figures are stored in your workspace so you can see trends over time. Rendered videos and thumbnails are stored in private cloud storage and shown to you through links that expire.

Sharing. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train AI models. We do not share it with anyone except the processors below that are needed to run the features you use. Summaries derived from your analytics (for example “videos in this format kept viewers longer”) may be included in requests to the AI provider configured for your workspace when you ask an agent to plan content; raw tokens are never sent.

Your control. Disconnect a channel in Integrations at any time; this revokes our access token with Google. You can also revoke access from your Google Account permissions page. Deleting your account deletes the YouTube data stored for organizations where you are the only owner. To ask for deletion of specific data, email reply@smarthinkerz.com.

Limited Use. IntelligentTube’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Processors

Depending on configuration: hosting and database providers, object storage, email delivery, Stripe (payments), Google (YouTube APIs), and the AI providers you or the platform configure. Content sent to AI providers is limited to what each task requires.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: a secure, HTTP-only session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, so there are no optional cookie preferences to manage. Your browser’s local storage remembers interface choices such as the selected workspace.

Your rights

You can export your data or delete your account from Settings. Deleting an account removes personal data and organizations where you are the only owner.

Security

Credentials and tokens are encrypted at rest, sessions are stored hashed, and access to data is scoped to your organization on every request.
